All families who are interested in having their child attend PS 154 for Kindergarten must register, regardless of whether or not the child attends Pre-K at PS 154. Applications will be available in the Main Office from February 1 - March 12, from 9 - 11 am for children born in 2005


The following are required for registration:

• original birth certificate or passport
• 2 documents that show where you live, such as gas or electric bill, health insurance card, or pay stub
• your child does not have to be present

This is a PRE-REGISTRATION process and DOES NOT guarantee placement
