Descriptions This unique new class blends mindfulness, yoga and art through the use of meditation and breath-work techniques to calm the mind. Yoga poses and games will burn through that afternoon energy then kids will settle into a art project connected to their yoga practice. Then yogis and yoginis will  explore the relationship between mind, body and understanding themselves a bit better.  Using watercolors, natural materials and collaborative art, kids will explore how yoga and art  intersect in the inner and outer world. New projects will be introduced so repeat students are welcome!
