A treasure trove of over 200 items was donated for our Spring Auction & Raffle, including the contents of those fantastic class-level baskets that you helped us put together. There’s a treat for everyone, right at your fingertips! I've already had some students come to me about the signed Taylor Swift guitar. And there are plenty of other gems, too – including a PS 154 raccoon hoodie custom-embroidered by me! Now that's a keepsake! πŸ˜‰ So go ahead and take a peek – your new favorite thing might just be waiting for you in the 154 auction.

Spirit Day: Pi Day

A Day to Show Your Math Spirit
Thursday, March 14th!πŸŽ‰

On Thursday, March 14th, we'll be celebrating International Pi Day! Join us in embracing the mathematical constant Ο€ (pi) with a day filled with fun activities and a chance to show your spirit. Have your child wear something related to math, science, or Ο€ - whether it's a shirt with Ο€ printed on it, an outfit in the colors of Ο€ (blue & white), or even dressing up as their favorite mathematician or scientist.

Fun fact: Albert Einstein was born on March 14, 1879, and physicist Stephen Hawking was born on March 14, 1942, making Pi Day their shared birthday. Another fun fact: Pi Day is celebrated on March 14th (3/14) worldwide because the first three digits of Ο€ are 3.14.
Let's make this day as unique as the number itself!

Donate Your Everyday Items to Support Our Art Projects!

🎨 Calling all resourceful families! We've got some exciting artistic endeavors brewing in our school's Art Studio, and we need your help to make them happen. To keep the inspiration flowing and the imaginations soaring, we're kindly requesting a few items to stock our shelves:

  • πŸ₯£ Cereal boxes (Regular or family size, because creativity comes in all shapes and sizes!)

  • πŸ«™Tall or medium-sized circular plastic containers (Cleaned yogurt containers preferred - they're perfect for potting our artistic dreams!)

  • 🎈 Bubble wrap (All sizes welcome! Let's pop our way to creativity!)

  • πŸŽ‡ Foil paper (Shiny, shimmering, splendid! All sizes appreciated for our next metallic marvels!)
